Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly driven and experienced Chief Revenue Officer to join their fast-growing tech startup as they enter their Series C funding round and beyond. The ideal candidate will be a builder with a proven track record of scaling companies from the ground up and possesses the necessary skills to lead our sales team to success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth and expand into new markets
  • Build, manage, and scale a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey, from acquisition to retention and expansion
  • Implement data-driven decision-making processes, leveraging key metrics and KPIs to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Continuously refine and optimize sales processes, ensuring the team is equipped with the tools and resources needed to succeed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CRO or similar role, with a track record of scaling a SaaS company from $0 to $50M+ ARR
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performance sales teams in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop talent at all levels
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and dive into the trenches when necessary to ensure the team’s success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions
