The Role

We’re seeking a Go-to-Market Strategist with a strong analytical mindset and 2-4 years of experience in banking, consulting, or a similar role. You’ll be the architect of their customer understanding, meticulously researching, analyzing, and defining every aspect of their key buyer personas, champions, and influencers. Your insights will empower them to strategically target the accounts where their AI solutions can deliver the most value, ultimately driving transformative change within the healthcare industry.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and Prioritize High-Value Accounts: Conduct in-depth market research to identify and prioritize healthcare organizations that are the ideal fit for their AI-driven solutions.
  • Develop and Maintain Target Account Database: Build and maintain a dynamic database of target accounts based on industry trends, financial health, strategic goals, and technology adoption.
  • Craft Detailed Buyer Personas: Research and define key buyer, champion, and influencer personas within target accounts. Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.
  • Uncover Data-Driven Insights: Analyze internal and external data sources to refine and continuously enhance their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Work cross-functionally to provide insights that shape account-based marketing strategies.
  • Strategically Segment the Market: Segment the market based on geography, size, specialty, and other relevant factors to ensure a focused and effective approach to customer targeting. Develop reports and dashboards to provide clear visibility into ICP and target account progress.
  • Collaborate on Market Intelligence: Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather intelligence on healthcare market dynamics. Identify emerging patterns and opportunities to proactively suggest new accounts or verticals to target.
  • Drive Innovation and Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends in healthcare and AI technology. Leverage new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance ICP accuracy and relevance.

Ideal Candidate

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a similar analyst role with strong research and data analysis capabilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in market research, financial modeling, and data analysis
  • Analytical and Strategic Mindset: Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Strong Communicator: Capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, including key players and market dynamics, is a strong plus.
