Role Requirements

Business Development:  Identify and strategically penetrate high-value healthcare accounts, utilizing your keen judgment and expertise to guide multiple stakeholders through complex, multi-faceted sales cycles, culminating in successful outcomes.

Sales Mastery:  Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills, adeptly handling intricate deal structures, and consistently exceeding ambitious multi-million dollar annual sales quotas.

C-Suite Relationships:  Forge strong relationships with discerning healthcare C-suite executives, offering consultative insights and positioning their solutions as vital components of their operational triumph.

Operational Excellence:  Masterfully leverage CRM tools, meticulously maintaining records of client interactions and ensuring flawless execution of sales strategies.

Land and Expand:  Strategically target RCM departments and progressively expand into HR, IT, and F&A.

Continuous Learning: Hone your sales skills through immersive on-the-job training and an unwavering commitment to the sales process.

Best-in-Class Delivery: Collaborate seamlessly with a world-class engineering team, ensuring the timely delivery of contracted outcomes that exceed expectations.

Qualifications

  • Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience:  7+ years of experience in top-tier sales environments, consistently exceeding sales quotas. Only the top 2% of sellers need apply.
  • Solution Selling: Mastery of the art of navigating complex sales scenarios with a consultative approach, always prioritizing the delivery of exceptional customer value.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM platforms and Notion databases.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to cultivate a prestigious customer portfolio, skillfully facilitate executive alignment, act as the voice of the customer, and uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Rapid Results Producer: Able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding, leveraging your extensive expertise to generate substantial results quickly.
  • Deal Closer: A proven track record securing deals with an ACV of $350k-$1M+ ARR.
  • Drive to outperform: Experience carrying and exceeding multi-million dollar quotas ($3M+).

Preferred Experience

  • Industry Background: Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is advantageous, as is a strong professional network within the healthcare industry.
  • Healthcare Technology: Understanding of the technological requirements of healthcare enterprises.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Earnings: Starting OTE from $500k to $750k+, with uncapped potential for top performers. Occasional SPIFs and spot bonuses for those who consistently exceed expectations. Opportunity to earn up to 2x commissions.
